Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably Business & Accounting,
• 4 years of experience in a similar position,
• Intermediate knowledge about using MS Office applications (knowing basic functions such as VLOOKUP and etc.)
• MS Office Applications and SAP user (Mozon system knowledge is a plus)
• Advanced level of written and spoken English,
• Ability to work in a team, people-oriented, with good communication skills.

Basic Functions:

Assures that accounting records are prepared and maintained in accordance with DeFacto's accounting policies/standards, chart of accounts and related local accounting principles. Prescribes methods of providing accounting data for various reports and statements. Interprets for all decentralized components of the accounting function, the organization's general accounting systems and procedures. Collaborates with management to develop schedules, procedures, and systems.

• Defining local accounting policies in accordance with legal regulations and DeFacto's global policies, and updating missing areas.
• Preparation and control of financial statements in accordance with international accounting

principles,

• Organizing and controlling monthly statements, analyzing monthly balance sheets and

Profit/Loss Statements,

• To prepare tax returns, to follow the legal financial obligations of the company and to fulfill

its obligations accordingly,

• Establishing and ensuring the use of a recording system in which the Balance Sheet and

Income Statements can be accurately analyzed,

• Payments to suppliers and customers must comply with the company's internal audit criteria,
• Establishing systems to track company inventory and costs, and conducting sales and profitability analysis
• To monitor the implementation of the company's investment budget, to establish and

maintain systems for capitalization, counting, and auditing of investments and fixed assets;

• Carrying out and tracking staff actions,
