What You'll Do

As an Accounting Specialist II, you will play a key role in supporting the accounting and finance operations of the Egypt entity. The position will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Support day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
  • Tax-related accounting and compliance activities.
  • Month-end close activities and reconciliations.
  • Preparation and review of accounting schedules and supporting documentation.
  • Perform analytical review of financial results and account balances.
  • Support external audit requirements.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Assist with process improvement and finance automation initiatives.

Who You'll Work With

The Accounting Specialist II will report directly to the Accounting Manager and work closely with the regional finance organization to support accounting operations.

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (English Section).
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within multinational organizations.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and IFRS.
  • Experience in accounting operations, taxation, month-end close activities, and analytical review.
  • Background in a Big 4 audit firm is a plus.
