Accounting Teacher - Secondary Stage to join our esteemed faculty at
Madinaty Integrated Language School. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction in accounting, fostering a deep understanding of financial principles among students, and preparing them for their academic and professional futures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cover key accounting concepts, principles, and practices in alignment with the secondary school curriculum
- Create an interactive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters critical thinking
- Assess and evaluate student performance through various methods, providing constructive feedback to promote improvement
- Utilize a range of teaching strategies and technologies to enhance learning and adapt to diverse learning styles
- Prepare students for examinations and provide necessary support for their academic progress
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure integrated learning experiences across subjects
- Participate in professional development activities to keep abreast of the latest developments in accounting education
- Engage with parents and the community to support student learning and highlight the importance of accounting education
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Education, or a relevant field
- Teaching certification and experience in teaching accounting at the secondary level are preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and educational practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and foster a positive learning environment
- Proficient in using technology and accounting software relevant to the curriculum
