Job Title:

Accounting, Admin & Operations Officer

Job Summary:

The Accounting, Admin & Operations Officer is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining records, overseeing office administration, and supporting operational activities to ensure smooth daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record and reconcile daily financial transactions, invoices, and payments.
  • Prepare financial reports, statements, and assist with audits.
  • Manage accounts receivable/payable and petty cash.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Draft, review, and respond to professional emails.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on quotations, documentation, deliveries, and payments.
  • Support operational processes including shipment follow-up, logistics documentation, and scheduling.
  • Assist in monitoring logistics activities to ensure timely and efficient workflow.
  • Handle office administration tasks such as correspondence, filing, and documentation.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, administration, or operations.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, office administration, and basic logistics processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for email, supplier, and operations coordination.
