Job Title:Accounting, Admin & Operations Officer
Job Summary:The Accounting, Admin & Operations Officer is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining records, overseeing office administration, and supporting operational activities to ensure smooth daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Record and reconcile daily financial transactions, invoices, and payments.
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and assist with audits.
- Manage accounts receivable/payable and petty cash.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Draft, review, and respond to professional emails.
- Coordinate with suppliers on quotations, documentation, deliveries, and payments.
- Support operational processes including shipment follow-up, logistics documentation, and scheduling.
- Assist in monitoring logistics activities to ensure timely and efficient workflow.
- Handle office administration tasks such as correspondence, filing, and documentation.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to management.
Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, administration, or operations.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, office administration, and basic logistics processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for email, supplier, and operations coordination.
