Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of accounting experience in the UAE, possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, and be capable of handling day-to-day financial operations efficiently

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare journal entries, payment vouchers, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
• Process supplier payments and follow up on customer receivables.
• Reconcile customer, supplier, and general ledger accounts.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare VAT-related documentation and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and internal departments when required.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Generate financial reports and support management with accounting data.
• Assist with payroll-related accounting entries and other finance-related tasks.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of UAE accounting experience is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Saudi accounting processes and VAT regulations will be an added advantage.
