About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Accountant to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring timely vendor payments, accurate invoice processing, compliance with company policies, and adherence to Saudi VAT and financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify supplier invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and supporting documents.
- Ensure accurate coding and posting of invoices within the ERP system.
- Prepare payment runs and coordinate timely vendor payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Support month-end closing activities, AP reconciliations, accruals, and aging reports.
- Ensure compliance with VAT regulations, ZATCA requirements, and internal financial controls.
- Review recurring service and contract payments.
- Support audit requirements and maintain complete AP documentation.
- Contribute to ERP enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of Accounts Payable experience.
- Experience in one or more of the following sectors:
- Real Estate
- Retail
- Property Management
- Mall Leasing
- Facilities Management
- Strong knowledge of Saudi VAT and ZATCA regulations.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Yardi, or similar.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Preferred
- CMA (Partially Qualified or Qualified).
- Experience working in multi-property or large-scale organizations.
- Experience handling high-volume vendor transactions.
