Job description:

• Receive, review, and verify invoices and check requests
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts
• Enter and upload invoices into the system
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and vendor statements
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
• 1+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, NetSuite)
