Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for an Accounts Payable Accountant. The role involves managing and processing accounts payable transactions, verifying and reconciling invoices, maintaining financial records, and ensuring all transactions align with company policies. The Accounts Payable Accountant will collaborate closely with other teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in financial reporting and payments. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting discrepancies and implementing process improvements for efficiency.

• Receive invoices and site IPC for (suppliers , contractor ,consultant) after ensure it has all approvals needed.
• Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices for (G&A & PROJECTS).
• Recording SG&A and Project journal entries.
• Charges expenses to accounts by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries in system.
• Handling suppliers and contractors.
• Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies.
• Assist in monthly closing and reporting.
• Prepare brokers claims payment.

Requirements :

• BA of Accounting.
• 4-6Years working in reputable Real -Estate developer is a Must .
• Team Player
• Excellent In Excel and Equations .
• ERP system user
