Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Payable Specialist, located in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves managing and processing expense reports, reviewing and verifying invoice information for accuracy, maintaining financial and accounting records, preparing and entering journal entries, and collaborating with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures. The Accounts Payable Specialist will also support financial analysis and contribute to improving operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing Expense Reports with attention to detail
• Experience 2-4 years as a general accountant
• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and evaluating financial data
• Knowledge and experience in Finance and Accounting principles
• Expertise in preparing and managing Journal Entries and maintaining accurate records
• Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
• Experience with accounting software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in an Accounts Payable or similar position is beneficial
