Job Purpose: The Accounts Receivable Accountant is responsible for managing incoming payments, ensuring timely collection of receivables, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role plays a key part in safeguarding cash flow, minimizing outstanding balances, and supporting overall financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor accounts receivable ledger, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
• Issue invoices and statements to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare regular aging reports and highlight overdue accounts.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve billing issues.
• Maintain proper documentation of all receivable transactions.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to receivables.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 25 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
• Advanced English Level.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
