Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: 3–4 Years Experience

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Receivable Accountant to manage and oversee the accounts receivable function, ensuring accurate and timely collection of payments across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes including invoicing, billing, and collections

• Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and ensure timely recovery

• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies

• Prepare aging reports and present receivables status to management

• Coordinate with the operations and sales team for invoice accuracy

• Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end closing activities

• Liaise with clients for payment confirmations and documentation

• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations on invoicing and receipts

Requirements:

• Valid UAE driving license – mandatory

• 3–4 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role

• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)

• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and financial compliance
