Job Title: Accounts Receivable Manager – Shared Services Center (SSC)

Position Overview

The Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager will lead credit control and collections governance across shared services operations. This role focuses on improving Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), optimizing cash flow, and driving AI-powered collection strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct collections operations, credit management, and customer risk profiling.
• Improve cash flow performance and drive continuous reduction in Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Establish AR governance, credit limits, and customer risk management frameworks.
• Manage collection KPIs, target setting, and team performance metrics.

Mandatory Qualifications & Criteria

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience: 8+ years of dedicated experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control, with proven managerial experience.
• MNC & SSC Exposure: Experience in both Multinational Companies (MNC) and a Shared Services Center (SSC) environment is mandatory.

Technology & Transformation Requirements

• Hands-on involvement in collections automation and workflow optimization.
• Experience leveraging credit risk analytics and AI-powered collection strategies.
• Proven history of leading process transformation and DSO reduction initiatives.
• KPI-driven management of collection cycles and team metrics.
