- Lead and guide the AR team, fostering a positive working environment.
- Develop and implement efficient AR processes in line with policies and regulations.
- Oversee accurate and timely customer invoicing, addressing discrepancies collaboratively.
- Manage collections efforts to minimize overdue accounts and enhance cash flow.
- Regularly reconcile customer accounts, promptly resolving discrepancies.
- Generate and analyze AR reports, providing valuable insights to senior management.
- effectively with customers, maintaining positive relationships and resolving disputes.
- Provide ongoing training to the team, identifying skill development opportunities.
- AR management systems, staying updated on technological advancements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulations for accurate financial transactions.
