Job Title: Remote Acquisition Manager (Real Estate)
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Acquisition Manager to join our growing real estate team. This is a remote, long-term opportunity for professionals with strong negotiation skills and a background in creative finance.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $5/hour
Schedule: 140 hours/month (7 hours/day)
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound seller calls
Qualify motivated leads and analyze deals
Structure and present creative finance offers
Negotiate contracts and secure signed agreements
Collaborate with the disposition team
Requirements
English proficiency: C1 level or above
Previous experience as an Acquisition Manager
Strong knowledge of Novation, Subject-To (Sub2), and Creative Finance
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
