Job Summary

We are urgently hiring a Production & Creative Lead to fully manage and execute production activities in the absence of a Director or Art Director. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading filming days, booking studios, communicating with models and all stakeholders, and directing models performance during shoots. This role requires strong creative judgment, production ownership, and hands-on leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Production Ownership & Coordination

• Book studios and prepare all shooting-day logistics

• Manage filming day schedules and on-site execution

• Coordinate with all stakeholders during shooting days

• Ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of production requirements

  
  

Creative Direction & Performance

• Lead creative execution in the absence of a Director and Art Director

• Direct and guide models during shoots to achieve desired performance and poses

• Use acting and directing experience to enhance on-camera performance

• Maintain consistency in creative vision and brand requirements

  
  

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main point of contact with models, crew, and stakeholders on filming days

• Communicate expectations, timelines, and creative direction clearly

• Handle last-minute changes and on-set challenges professionally

  
  
  
  

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Director Assistant or similar role

• Ability to independently act as Director and Art Director on set
  

• Previous experience as an Actor is highly preferred

• Strong understanding of filming workflows and on-set management

• Availability for full-time, on-site work in Maadi
  

• Background in Theatre, Film, Media, or Directing is a plus
