Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Active Directory environment, including user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Perform routine monitoring and troubleshooting of Active Directory infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and availability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement security policies and procedures related to Active Directory
- Provide technical support and guidance to end users, resolving issues related to user accounts, access permissions, and group policies
- Conduct regular audits of Active Directory permissions and configurations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Plan and execute Active Directory infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and consolidations
- Collaborate with system administrators and network engineers to integrate Active Directory with other IT systems and applications
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic, both written and spoken, is required, as the role involves communication with Arabic-speaking users and stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience managing and maintaining Active Directory environments, including user accounts, groups, and group policies
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory security concepts, such as domain controllers, trust relationships, and access controls
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for Active Directory administration and automation tasks
- Experience with Active Directory replication and disaster recovery procedures
- Working knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and other related network technologies
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory infrastructure
