About the Role:

As an Actuarial Co-op Trainee at Aon, you will work closely with experienced actuaries, data analysts, and insurance consultants to deliver analysis and insights to our clients. This role provides a unique opportunity to develop strong statistical, actuarial, and analytical skills while contributing to impactful projects in medical insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in data analysis, data modeling, and actuarial valuations
• Support the preparation of client deliverables, including actuarial reports, trend analyses, and claim utilization.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking studies
• Collaborating with team members on various actuarial and consulting projects
• Participate in client meetings and internal training sessions

Requirements:

• Saudi National – a part of Saudization Employment Laws
• Currently, enrolled in a university program, majoring in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Strong statistical, analytical, Strong statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (ESL)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
