Role:

We are hiring for the role of Sales Lead, Digital Payment. This is a IC role reporting to the vertical head of Digital Payment Sales. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. This role will involve developing and implementing distribution strategies, managing key accounts to achieve performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement distribution strategies that align with company goals.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for growth and optimize distribution networks.
• Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with major clients and corporates to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Sales Performance Monitoring: Analyse sales data and metrics to assess performance, implement corrective actions, and identify areas for improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operation, Product Sales and finance teams to generate revenue.
• Training and Development: Drive revenue initiatives along with different PL business optimise opportunities in PL portfolio.

Key Requirements:

• 6 to 12 years in, FinTech, Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Telecom, Loyalty, Rewards, Analytics.
• MBA in Marketing, Masters (Engineering/Commerce/Scienc e), BE/B-tech.
