Job Title: Adjunct Faculty - Arts and Sciences (Local Applicants Only)

Reports To: Dean, School of Arts and Sciences
Location: Kuwait City, Kuwait

Job Purpose
American International University (AIU) is seeking qualified and experienced adjunct faculty to teach undergraduate courses within the School of Education. The successful candidate will contribute to AIU's mission by providing student-centered, high-quality instruction in a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative learning environment.

Position Overview:

Adjunct faculty members will be responsible for teaching courses in their respective disciplines, assisting with course development, and contributing to the academic growth of AIU's students. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted when opportunities that match their qualifications and expertise become available.

Qualifications
. Master's or PhD in English, Humanities, or a closely related field required.
. Proficient communication skills in English.
. University teaching experience in the subject matter.

. Industry experience in teaching field.

. Commitment to excellence in teaching.

Responsibilities
. Teach up to 2 courses (6 credit hours).
. Provide mentorship and academic advising to students.

. Collaborate with faculty in curriculum development.

. Actively contribute to the intellectual and cultural growth of AIU's academic community.
