Adjunct Faculty (Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Power BI, RPA) - Singapore

Job Title: Adjunct Faculty – Data Science (Power Platform)

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Adjunct Faculty to deliver high-quality training in Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Power BI. The ideal candidate is an industry practitioner who enjoys sharing knowledge, mentoring learners, and preparing them for successful careers in data analytics and automation.

As an Adjunct Faculty member, you will play a key role in delivering engaging learning experiences, supporting student success, and contributing to curriculum excellence.

• Deliver engaging instructor-led training in Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Power BI.

• Facilitate both classroom and online learning sessions using practical, real-world examples and hands-on exercises.

• Mentor and support students through one-on-one coaching and group mentoring sessions.

• Provide timely, constructive feedback on assignments, projects, and assessments.

• Collaborate with the Learning Management and Academic teams to review, enhance, and maintain curriculum quality.

• Share current industry trends, best practices, and practical use cases to enrich the learning experience.

• Guide students in developing technical competencies, problem-solving abilities, and career readiness.

• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and engaging learning environment that encourages continuous improvement.

• Support learners in completing capstone projects and building industry-relevant portfolios.

  
  
  

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on industry experience in one or more of the following:
  

  • Microsoft Power Automate
    

  • Microsoft Copilot Studio
    

  • Microsoft Power BI
    

• 1–3 years of teaching, training, or corporate learning experience in IT or technology-related subjects.
  

  
  

• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
  

• Experience designing automation workflows, dashboards, reports, and AI-powered conversational solutions.
  

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Microsoft Azure is an advantage.
  

• Ability to demonstrate real-world implementation and best practices.
  

  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
  

• ACLP or ACTA, AITP certification is required (or willingness to obtain certification).
  

• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  

• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and coaching adult learners.
  

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  

• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners with varying levels of experience.
  

• Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable in a dynamic academic environment.
  

• Industry certifications in Microsoft Power Platform (PL-300, PL-500, PL-900, PL-200, or related certifications) are an added advantage.
