Responsibilities:
- Ability to convey complex ideas and concepts in a clear, concise, and engaging manner is crucial
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and Being at ease in front of the camera
- Incorporate interactive real-world examples to keep learners engaged and enhance their understanding.
- Offers consistent explanations in video recordings, there by ensuring that all students receive the clarity and understanding of the data presented .
- Adhere to the designated curriculum, by ensuring the content is explained within the specified timeframe.
- Display confidence in the subject matter and teaching abilities that instils trust and credibility in learners during video recordings
Requirements
- Must have University/College teaching experience
- Strong subject matter expertise and passion for teaching.
- A Ph.D. holder or at least a relevant Master's degree in the field will be added advantage
- In-depth knowledge & experience in the specified domain and presenting lessons in a comprehensive manner.
- Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills
- Should be flexible with visual recording as well as Experienced in teaching multicultural environment
- Utilize the most cutting-edge teaching techniques while upholding the highest standards of quality
- Excellent interpersonal, and time management skills
