Role Description
The job holder will manage administrative operations of Index Design and ensure smooth day-to-day workflow. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee administrative tasks and supervise daily operations to ensure efficient workflow.
- Copy, scan, and securely store documents (both physical and digital), maintaining proper organization and accessibility.
- Manage orders, prepare purchase requests, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
- Supervise store and material management, maintaining optimal inventory levels and systematic organization.
- Monitor and update project records, track purchased items, and ensure project requirements are fulfilled.
- Organize and maintain accurate, up-to-date physical and electronic filing systems.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience in administrative or coordination roles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic accounting/inventory systems.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently and within a team.
