We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin & Finance Assistant to support our Finance, Accounting, and HR functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative and financial operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance & Accounting Support:

Assist in preparing and processing invoices.

Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and track approvals.

Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables.

Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

Assist in monthly reporting and reconciliation tasks.

Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative assistance to the team.

Maintain filing systems (physical and digital).

Coordinate office supplies and vendor communications.

Support internal documentation and record keeping.

Manage and maintain all company government licenses, registrations, and official documentation

Liaise with Saudi government authorities (e.g., MOL, MOI, GOSI, ZATCA, Chambers, Municipalities, etc.).

Monitor regulatory changes and ensure company compliance with local laws

Ensure timely renewal of commercial registrations, municipality licenses, and other regulatory permits

Maintain accurate records of all government transactions and documentation.

HR Support:

Assist with employee documentation and records.

Maintain attendance and leave records.

Provide general HR administrative support.

Process employee visas, Iqama issuance/renewals, transfers, exit/re-entry visas, and final exits.

Handle Muqeem, Absher, Qiwa, and other relevant portals.

Coordinate medical insurance, GOSI registrations, and other statutory employee requirements.

Support onboarding and offboarding processes from a government compliance perspective.

Prepare reports related to government and employee status.

Ensure all activities comply with Saudi labor law and relevant regulations

Requirements:

Saudi National (mandatory).

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, HR or related field.

12 years of experience in finance/admin support HR (preferred).

Proven experience as a GRO in Saudi Arabia.

Strong knowledge of Saudi government portals and labor regulations.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Arabic and English.

Experience working with multinational companies is a plus.
