Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist & Admin role based in Cairo, Egypt. The responsibilities include managing front-desk activities, such as greeting visitors, handling phone calls with professional etiquette, and providing high-quality customer service. Additional duties include maintaining organized records, supporting administrative tasks, and facilitating smooth office operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field

Strong proficiency in Phone Etiquette and performing Receptionist Duties

Experience with Clerical Skills to manage records and support administrative functions

Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members

Ability to provide top-tier Customer Service to create positive experiences for visitors and clients

Proficiency in organizational and time management skills
