Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for an Admin and Facility Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, coordinating with various teams, and maintaining facility standards. The role also includes assisting with customer service, overseeing logistical activities, and providing support in financial and operational functions to enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to interact effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills and the ability to assess operational needs and propose practical solutions.
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including the organization of office activities, document management, and scheduling.
  • Basic understanding of Finance to support budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in facility management or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software is a plus.
