Admin Assistan / Office Coordinator / Admin Officer

Role Description The Director role at Advait Greenergy is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Director will provide strategic leadership across Green Hydrogen, Solar EPC, BESS, and fuel cell–based power system portfolios, overseeing business planning, P&L responsibility, and long-term growth initiatives. This role includes guiding multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring quality and safety standards, and driving integrated project execution from design through commissioning. The Director will build and manage key client relationships, cultivate strategic partnerships and technical collaborations, and support market expansion in India and global markets. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve mentoring senior leaders, improving operational efficiency, and aligning organizational processes and culture with AGPL's clean energy mission.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management skills, including strategic planning, team leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making.
• Technical understanding of Green Hydrogen systems, electrolyzers, Solar EPC, BESS, and fuel cell–based power solutions.
• Experience in project and program management, with a track record of delivering large-scale engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Business development and commercial acumen, including contract negotiation, client relationship management, and market expansion.
• Strong focus on safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance within energy or industrial environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Prior experience in clean energy, power systems, or related engineering sectors at a senior leadership level.
• Advanced degree in engineering, energy, or business (e.g., B.E./B.Tech, M.E./M.Tech, MBA) or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to work on-site in Ahmedabad and travel to project locations and partner sites as required.
