Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on incoming and outgoing emails on time
- Provide administrative support to the team to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare engagement letters and contracts
- Prepare and issue invoices
- Coordinate and arrange payments with the bank
- Maintain filing systems and accurate records
- Manage office stationery and supplies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in administrative support
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office tools
