Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on incoming and outgoing emails on time
  • Provide administrative support to the team to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare engagement letters and contracts
  • Prepare and issue invoices
  • Coordinate and arrange payments with the bank
  • Maintain filing systems and accurate records
  • Manage office stationery and supplies

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in administrative support
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office tools
