About The Role
We're seeking an agile and hands-on Admin Assistant to support our growing startup in real estate, digital marketing, and tech. This role is perfect for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable wearing multiple hats, and has exposure to real estate operations and marketing workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, and internal coordination.
- Maintain organized folders for contracts, NDAs, and client documents.
- Handle basic accounting administration including invoices, follow-ups, and tracking.
- Support HR administration by coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist with property listings by uploading and updating platforms.
- Coordinate with brokers, landlords, and clients to ensure smooth communication.
- Track leads, inquiries, and property status while ensuring all documentation is complete.
Requirements
- Understanding of local government RERA rules and regulations
- Understanding of documentations / agreements related to transactions between clients and developers
- Experience in UAE real estate operations is highly preferred.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Experience in a digital marketing or tech company is preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in an Admin or Operations role.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead tracking, and basic marketing tools.
Nice to Have
- UAE Driving license.
- Knowledge of AI tools.
- Experience with UAE real estate platforms like Property Finder or Bayut.
- Exposure to marketing tools such as Meta and Google Ads.
