We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team in the Dubai. The ideal candidate will support daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Assist in the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with office management software and tools.
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles (preferred)
