Position: Admin cum Accounts / Financial Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to HR and Management
- Assist with HR/Admin tasks including employee records, onboarding documentation, and attendance monitoring
- Handle incentive and commission calculations and maintain accurate records
- Assist in payroll preparation and salary-related documentation
- Maintain financial records, invoices, receipts, and expense tracking
- Support basic accounting tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, and filing
- Prepare reports, summaries, and spreadsheets for management review
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties when required
- Manage office documentation and ensure confidentiality of records
- Handle email correspondence and follow-ups
- Perform other administrative and finance-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Experience in administrative and basic accounting roles is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting practices
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Salary:
