Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and well-organized
HR Admin cum Receptionist (Female) to join our team in
Dubai JAFZA. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations while providing comprehensive support in HR administration with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
HR Support:
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, ID cards, access passes, etc.)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, renewals, and JAFZA documentation
- Draft and issue employment contracts, offer letters, NOCs, and other HR-related documents
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, leaves, etc.)
- Support the HR team in organizing employee events, training sessions, and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with JAFZA labor rules and regulations
Reception & Office Administration
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with company security procedures
- Manage meeting rooms, office supplies, and general cleanliness of the reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within JAFZA
- Familiarity with UAE Labor Law and JAFZA-specific regulations
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
