Jamjoom Pharma is seeking a highly organized and proactive
Admin Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our leadership team and ensure seamless operations across our regional markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver executive-level administrative support to senior management.
- Manage complex schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements with accuracy and efficiency.
- Draft, translate, and review correspondence in French and English.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to maintain clear communication.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Organize corporate events, workshops, and leadership meetings.
- Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution.
- Assist with budget monitoring and expense reporting for executive activities.
- Act as a liaison between senior leadership and partners to support smooth workflows.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- Languages: Fluency in French (mandatory) and English.
- Experience:3-5 years in administrative or executive assistant roles, ideally within multinational or pharmaceutical companies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Languages, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication abilities, with proficiency in MS Office tools.
