Job Description

BizGate is a Middle East leading consultancy agency based in Dubai since 2010. We are looking for an effective and motivatedADMIN OFFICE COORDINATOR.The successful candidate must have proven experience in accounts and office management.

The objective of Role:

To support the overall administration that ensures an engaged, highly skilled and cohesive workforce.

Key accountabilities:

  • Maintain the office administration duties
  • Support Managers in terms of admin matters
  • Handle invoices / Handle petty cash / daily tabulations
  • Support HR in ad-hoc HR and Admin related duties
  • Support relevant departments in admin matters(Eg; Liaising with suppliers, contractors etc)
  • Maintain filing and audit requirements
  • Liaise with suppliers, external & internal stakeholders
  • Consolidate weekly sales report

Requirements:

  • Accounting & Corporate Finance, Excel and Word professional level is a must
  • Detailed and Deadline Oriented

  • General Math Skills
  • At least 1 -2 year of working experience in the related position is preferred
