Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Admin Officer to manage both administrative and leasing activities for our mall operations. This role combines coordination, tenant relations, leasing documentation, and support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage leasing documentation including new leases, renewals, and terminations

Maintain accurate records of tenant contracts and leasing schedules

Act as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding lease terms, payments, and requests

Coordinate with internal departments (maintenance, security, finance) to ensure lease compliance

Prepare reports on leasing status, occupancy, and vacant units

Support the mall management team in administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and inventory

Ensure all leasing and admin activities are aligned with mall policies and regulations

Requirements:

Proven experience in leasing or administration, preferably in malls or retail properties

Knowledge of real estate laws and leasing procedures in the UAE

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory
