The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Respond to client and staff inquiries promptly and accurately.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Manage the reception area and ensure it is always tidy and presentable.
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
Assist in coordinating meetings and conferences.
Provide general administrative support to the team as required.
Requirements:
( 1-2 ) years of experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or in an administrative role.
Very good command of English (written & spoken).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
