Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Admin Services Manager to oversee and optimize key shared services functions across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Procurement, Medical Administration, Ticketing, and Banking services while ensuring operational efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong procurement background, with proven expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, sourcing strategies, and procurement governance. Experience managing additional shared administrative services is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Management
- Lead the organization's procurement function, ensuring cost-effective purchasing strategies.
- Develop and implement procurement policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage supplier sourcing, evaluation, selection, and performance.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Monitor procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders.
Shared Services Administration
- Oversee Medical Administration processes, including coordination of employee medical services and insurance-related matters.
- Manage corporate Ticketing services, ensuring efficient travel arrangements and cost control.
- Supervise Banking-related administrative activities, including coordination with financial institutions for operational requirements.
- Ensure all administrative services are delivered efficiently and within agreed service levels.
Operations & Leadership
- Lead and develop the shared services team.
- Establish KPIs and monitor service performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all shared service functions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand business needs and improve service delivery.
- Prepare reports, budgets, and performance analyses for management.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
- Professional procurement certifications (CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent) are an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in procurement and administrative/shared services.
- Proven experience managing procurement operations within a medium or large organization.
- Previous experience overseeing multiple administrative functions is preferred.
- Experience in the HR services, outsourcing, or service industry is an advantage.
