Job Requirement

  • Key Responsibilities

2.1 Packaging Material Management


  • Oversee and control the receipt (stock-in) and issuance (stock-out) of all packaging materials
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for all packaging layers and categories
  • Monitor and report material consumption across all operational levels
  • Ensure adequate stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records

2.2 Packaging Categories Coverage


  • Bubble Materials - Manage procurement, storage, and usage tracking
  • Booster Materials - Monitor stock levels and consumption rates
  • Customer-Specific Materials - Handle materials designated for individual customer accounts
  • Customization Materials - Oversee materials used for customized packaging requests
  • Customization Requests - Coordinate and process all packaging customization orders

2.3 Assets Management


  • Maintain a comprehensive register of company assets
  • Track asset movements, assignments, and returns
  • Coordinate asset maintenance, repairs, and disposals as required
  • Conduct periodic asset audits and submit reports to management
  • Ensure proper documentation for all asset transactions

2.4 Administration Tasks


  • Prepare and submit regular inventory and consumption reports
  • Maintain organized filing systems for all documentation (physical and digital)
  • Coordinate with procurement, operations, and warehouse teams for material requirements
  • Support HR and management with administrative tasks as assigned
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures

Job Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or administration
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
