Context:-
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Admin Executive to join our team for prestigious PMO project to support project managers and teams by ensuring efficient Admin operations. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This position is to be based at Mekkah.
Main duties:-
- Drafting e-mails and communications to staff & Client.
- Organizing company events or conferences.
- Maintain records of stationery and furniture.
- Housekeeping material & store records.
- Responsible for controlling all documentation related activities in a project.
- Preparing Invoice records,daily requirement report, consumption report and as per requirement of the client and H.O.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the project team, such as ordering supplies and managing office logistics.
- Maintaining the files & control logs as required according to the project
Profile :-
- Proven experience as a administrator or in a similar role, preferably within an engineering or construction environment.
- minimum experience 1 to 5 years post bachelors degree.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
