Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administration Assistant located in Cairo, Egypt. The Administration Assistant will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, providing support to executives and team members. Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, handling correspondence, managing schedules, and performing clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to support office operations and documentation.
- Strong abilities in Phone Etiquette and Communication to manage calls and maintain effective interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance for managing schedules and coordinating activities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email platforms.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or a degree in a related field is a plus.
