About IPS

Innovation Platform Solutions LLC (IPS) is a leading provider of AV, IT, and technology solutions across the region, delivering innovative platforms, display technologies, and integrated solutions to enterprise and government clients. As part of our growing operations, we are expanding our administrative team.

We are currently looking for a proactive and well-organized Administration Assistant / Office Admin to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks

Manage calls, emails, and correspondence

Maintain office files, records, and documentation

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors

Assist in scheduling meetings and travel arrangements

Handle HR and accounts with basic documentation

Courier management and shipment coordination

Logistics assistance and follow-ups

Warehouse and inventory management

Visa processing and government-related documentation/processes

Driver coordination and scheduling

Ensure smooth overall office operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or office support
  • Bachelor's Degree is required
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Immediate availability preferred
  • Only female candidates will be considered for this role.
  • Fluency in Hindi is an advantage for this role.
