Occupation Description

The Administration Executive assists in overseeing administrative day-to-day operations.

Job Scope

  • Arrange and manage travel bookings and reservations for colleagues
  • Develop, organize, and maintain an efficient filing system
  • Coordinate processes and activities with the fleet management team
  • Maintain organized and accurate records, ensuring timely updates of databases, calendars, and related files
  • Manage CED branches buffet consumption, water and electricity usage, equipment maintenance, furniture maintenance, water and sewage services, and maintain asset inventory and movement lists
  • Prepare a daily report for CED's office consumption
  • Act as an SAP user and create PRs for all administration services
  • Assets physical count

Education and Most Common Work Experience Requested

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Computer skills with advanced knowledge of word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
