Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in a similar Administrator / Receptionist / PA role
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- High level of integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience handling petty cash or basic expense tracking preferred
Responsibilities
1. Front Office & Reception Management
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and calls
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
2. Administration & Office Operations
- Oversee daily administrative and office support activities
- Maintain organized filing systems and company records
- Prepare reports, letters, and presentations as required
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Handle petty cash, maintain records, and process minor office expenses
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies
3. Executive & Personal Assistance
- Provide direct support to senior management
- Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and transportation
- Prepare travel itineraries and confirmations
- Draft professional correspondence and manage confidential documents
- Track deadlines, tasks, and follow-ups on behalf of management
