Role Description

This full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant position is based in Sharjah. The role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining records, supporting executive-level personnel, addressing phone inquiries with professionalism, and organizing clerical activities to ensure efficiency. The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial part in streamlining daily operations and supporting the overall functionality of the office.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Communication
  • Competence in general Clerical Skills, such as file management and data entry
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management tools
  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information
  • Previous experience in an administrative or similar role is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
