Administrative Assistant

This position works out of our UAE location in the Abbott Rapid Diagnostics u2013 Infectious Diseases.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration support professional to assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations within the department. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.


What You'll Do-
u2022Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team.
u2022Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
u2022Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
u2022Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
u2022Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
u2022Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
u2022Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
u2022Support the onboarding process for new employees.
u2022Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports.
u2022Performdata entryand maintain accurate records.
u2022Manageevent planningand internal communications.
u2022Take meeting minutes and track action items related to commercial meetings.
u2022Work within well-established guidelines.
u2022Submit Purchase Orders when required.
u2022Perform other administrative tasks as needed.


Preferred Qualifications-
u2022Bachelor's degree.

u2022Preferred : Arabic- speaking (not mandatory)

u20222-3 years Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.

u2022Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

u2022Strong organizational and time-management skills.

u2022Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.

u2022Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

u2022Attention to detailandproblem-solving skills.
