Job Purpose:
Administrative Assistant have to handle several tasks at once while maintaining a customer service-oriented attitude. If you have the focus and skills needed to track and set work tasks, then this job could be the perfect fit for you.
We are currently looking for a Administrative Assistant to be based in Dubai:
- Treat clients & staff in a professional manner
- Perform typing and data entry, billing, filing, and other administrative duties as assigned by the clinic management
- Maintain the operation and requisites of the clinic systems, such as computers, scanners, and printers, PCs, Net, and Tel System, and to remain up to date on their operation as technology changes
- Coordinate and oversee all administrative activities
- Ensure adherence to relevant clinic procedures and policies
- Overseeing office supplies and services, including restocking supplies, setting up the requirements for new hires, arranging official permits for employees, or creating important clinic documents & forms
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, HR & staff files, and other files related to the clinic's operations
- Keep the administration area orderly and clean on a daily basis
- Supervise cleaning crew and cleanliness of clinic space
- Coordination of communications between employees, outside vendors, and the clinic's clients
- Perform daily billing and records tasks
- Handle expenses, transactions, internal databases and invoices
Requirements
To be considered, you need to meet the following requirements:
- A degree such as administration, business or accounting
- Preferably with experience working in healthcare industry
- At least 1-2 years as an Admin
- Willing to commute to work in Al Wasl Road, Dubai
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Proficiency in accounting, mail & office applications
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
