Position Overview

Alchemy Global is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Riyadh. This role is essential in supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing professional administrative support to the Executive Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily office operations and ensure all office requirements are met.
  • Organize meetings, prepare official correspondence, and draft reports.
  • Manage office supplies, cleanliness, maintenance, monthly bills, and lease-related tasks.
  • Support internal departments including HR, Accounting, and Procurement.
  • Welcome visitors and assist employees with administrative needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and request quotations.
  • Organize and archive files and records efficiently.
  • Arrange business travel, bookings, and travel expenses for employees and guests.
  • Receive and verify purchased materials according to purchase orders.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating interviews with the hiring committee.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 12 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenges effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and office technology.
