Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments efficiently
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and general correspondence in a professional manner
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain and organize filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access and proper documentation
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and office supply requirements
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to managers and teams
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and workflow arrange and coordinate events, including venue booking, scheduling, and logistics management
  • Work effectively under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Valid Kuwait driving license
  • Valid Kuwait transferrable residency
