Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments efficiently
- Handle emails, phone calls, and general correspondence in a professional manner
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain and organize filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access and proper documentation
- Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and office supply requirements
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to managers and teams
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and workflow arrange and coordinate events, including venue booking, scheduling, and logistics management
- Work effectively under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Valid Kuwait driving license
- Valid Kuwait transferrable residency
