Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and ensure smooth office workflow. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and team members
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense tracking
  • Support procurement and vendor coordination when required
  • Assist with internal documentation, data entry, and record keeping
  • Ensure office supplies and operational needs are maintained

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 02 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
