Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant, based in New Cairo with opportunities for some remote work. The Administrative Assistant will support day-to-day operations by handling clerical tasks, managing communications, assisting executives with administrative needs, scheduling appointments, and ensuring organizational efficiency. The role involves maintaining a professional work environment and supporting the broader team's administrative requirements to enhance productivity.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for effective organization and office management
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and excellent Communication skills for effectively interfacing with team members, leadership, and external contacts
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support senior leadership with scheduling and organizational needs
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable
