Role Description
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Administrative Assistant to support our senior management team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the management team.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and official correspondence.
- Maintain organized filing systems, documents, and records.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic reports when required.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments.
- Assist in handling shipments, including coordinating with logistics partners, preparing shipping documents, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Assist with procurement and supplier coordination.
- Support in preparing company letters, presentations, and official documents.
- Manage office supplies and ensure smooth daily office operations.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
- Proficiency in managing and maintaining Office Equipment
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to multi-task effectively and adapt to dynamic office environments
- Basic computer proficiency, particularly with office software and tools
- Experience in a similar role, with exposure to office management practices, is an advantage
