Role Description

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Administrative Assistant to support our senior management team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the management team.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and official correspondence.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, documents, and records.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic reports when required.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments.
  • Assist in handling shipments, including coordinating with logistics partners, preparing shipping documents, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Assist with procurement and supplier coordination.
  • Support in preparing company letters, presentations, and official documents.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure smooth daily office operations.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
  • Proficiency in managing and maintaining Office Equipment
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and adapt to dynamic office environments
  • Basic computer proficiency, particularly with office software and tools
  • Experience in a similar role, with exposure to office management practices, is an advantage
